The RADIO PALLET SHUTTLE (RPS) is a customized Remote Operated Battery vehicle, used for storing and removing pallets in a guided rail path in the racking system. The RPS is designed to move double decked reversible pallets or customized pallets suitable for the RPS operations.
This RPS is designed according to the pallet size and load. This equipment is radio frequency operated, PLC based equipment, and Sensors are used for controlling the functioning of the RPS.

SAFETY FEATURES
- Sensors are provided for every movement of the RPS, for slowing down, for stopping, for lifting and lowering and for pallet position sensing.
- Welded end stoppers on the Rails of the RPS prevents the falling down of RPS incase of sensor malfunctioning.
- Audio & video signal during movement of RPS.
- Time out delay for drive motor and Traction motor.
- Stop switch on the Remote stops the RPS cycle.
