Fixed Racking Systems is the most basic type of Industrial Storage. Although it does not provide optimization of space, it is sometimes required for assembly lines, automated warehouses. Also, it is sometimes impossible to install mobile storage system due to space constraints. For these needs, we provide fixed racking systems at competitive prices and state of the art quality.
Here, we can see a conventional Fixed Racking Systems in an average sized warehouse. If the height of the warehouse is enough to provide 5 levels of pallet storage, then the capacity of this racking system would be 260 Pallets.
The regular fixed rack needs to keep free space (track) for material handling which results, the storage area would be very less as compared to Surya’s Mobile Storage System. Though it may helpful for multiple racks loading and unloading.
